90-Min Ultimate Pampered Swedish

Let your cares drift away during this 90-minute Swedish style, aromatherapy massage; complete with hot towels, foot exfoliation, foot reflexology and a serum made for a relaxing scalp treatment. This full body massage is extremely rejuvenating. Customize your massage by picking out the scent of your choice. *Deep work is not offered for this massage. Not valid for prenatal massage.*

Consultations are REQUIRED for the following: minors (including guardian), upcoming surgeries, recent surgeries, acute injuries or sports injuries, complex medical conditions, & high risk pregnancies. Mandatory to determine whether or not I can help you and if we are the right therapeutic match. *Not being honest about your health status may result in the cancellation of your massage.*

Aches & Pains Massage

Aches & Pains is a massage using a topical ointment mixed with cannabidiol to help ease muscle ache and tension. It also helps aid in reducing inflammation and deep tissue pain. Not available for prenatal massage services.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue is a therapeutic massage designed to work past the superficial layers of tissue and get to the root of the problem. It is often done with firmer pressure and may include muscle stripping, trigger point work, and concentrated petrissage. *60-min DTM, will be localized work, not a full body massage.* If you’d like full body, please book a 75 min + session.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a popular, relaxing, and fluid massage. Often times there is a flow to sequence, rhythmic breathing, and pressure that varies from light, medium, or firm. This massage is meant for restoration and relaxation. *A 60 minute massage is typically not a full body massage.* Please book a 75 min + for a full body massage.

Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle massage intended for anyone who has excess lymph. Light pressure combined with centripetal movement and sequence to help aid in lymph and waste being removed from your body quicker. This is a great option for post-op patients, oncology patients, or clients with lymphatic disorders.

Sports/Orthopedic Massage

Site-specific work focused on concentrated muscle groups. If you’ve had injury, repetitive use, are an athlete, or want concentrated focus on a certain muscle group, this is your massage. Sports techniques include cross fiber friction, vibration, stretching, and work at the attachment sites.

Himalayan Hot Stone

Hot stone massage is not only incredibly relaxing, it also has a therapeutic element. I keep the stones in motion throughout the entire massage and at times, will use them as a tool to penetrate tissue deeper. The stones are made of Himalayan salt and contain 84 minerals to help promote circulation. 60 minute sessions are not offered. For full body massage, I suggest 75 minutes +. *A 30 min add on is typically used to enhance a service and is not a full body massage.*

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular massage therapy, also called myofascial trigger point therapy or myofascial release, is a specialized form of massage that involves the application of firm, sustained, and controlled pressure over painful, taut bands of muscle, called myofascial trigger points, to release tension.

Aromatherapy Massage

Add aromatherapy on to your massage for $10. Use your favorite scent throughout your massage to promote relaxation and to heighten your senses. Pick your scent upon arrival.

60-Minute Options

✨ PLEASE READ ✨ 60-minute massages at Mindful Healing are NOT full body massages. This is offered if you need concentrated muscle work. You can choose from upper body work, lower body work, or concentrated muscle work during your 60-minute session but it is not a full body massage. Some massages, such as lymphatic drainage, may follow a sequence that you may not customize. Some 60-minute massage modalities may not be offered. Full body requires 75 minutes +.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is a great way to make sure that the birthing parent and baby maintain lower stress levels / helps with relieving pain & tension. Helps to provide body maintenance & wellness throughout the stages of your pregnancy. Must book after the first trimester; 13 weeks or after.

Scalp Treatments

Take an extra 15 or 30 minutes and add on a concentrated and luxurious scalp massage to enhance relaxation or aid in easing of tension throughout the scalp. Can be down with growth serum or without oil. Clients must wash their hair prior to this service. The 30 minute service includes hair serum.

Meditation/Decompression

Guided meditation, decompression, breath work. Take some time out to be relax and focus on your breath while being guided through pranayama from a 200 hour CYT.

Tibetan Bowl Singing

Bliss your way through meditative sound healing. Often times bowls are played on or near the body as part of your massage. Sound healing can be part of your bodywork session or stand alone.

Corporate Chair Massage

Chair massage for corporate events, fairs, festivals, appreciation days, holidays, etc. Two hour minimum dependent on how many guests are in need of massage. Please call the studio to formally book a chair massage event. 262-607-4325 * Travel fee not included in price *

Foot Reflexology

Foot reflexology is a form of massage therapy that involves applying pressure to acupressure points on the foot that correlate to your organs. It is designed to reduce pain and improve overall health. It can be used as a guide to what is going on within the physical body.

Foot Exfolations

Sugar scrub is combined with scented oils to remove excess dead skin off feet. Both feet are exfoliated, wrapped in hot towels, wiped down, and massaged with a hydrating cannabidiol balm to relieve aches and pains. This is a 30 minute, luxurious foot treatment. *Can customize to exclude hemp*

Gua Sha Treatment

From your face to your feet, take part of this ancient Chinese healing method. Gua sha is essentially scraping with a tool to release fascia, excess lymph, boost circulation, and rid your body of pain. Gua sha scrapping brings blood back to the area of concern which in turn, can get you out of pain. Common uses for gua sha? Anything from lymphatic or sinus massage in the face to plantar fasciitis treatment in the feet. Add gua sha on to any service or book alone!

30-minute Hot Stone Enhancment

Incorporate some hot stones into your massage both as a therapeutic and relaxing tool. This is not a full body massage, rather stones are incorporated into your already scheduled massage. You’re adding 30 minutes by scheduling this service.
