Catrina Braatz Weed is a licensed and experienced massage therapist of over 14 years and a certified yoga teacher since 2017. A graduate of Lakeside School of Massage Therapy and Wild Abundant Life LLC, she is the owner, operator, LMT, ADMT, and 200 hour CYT of Mindful Healing Massage LLC, located at N28W23000 Roundy Drive, Pewaukee, WI 53072 inside of Aloha Float & Wellness. With extreme dedication to bodywork, Catrina’s goal is to establish the mind-body connection with each client to achieve optimal health. She is a huge advocate of self-care, holistic health used in conjunction with Western medicine, and finding that much needed balance in order to restore you back to feeling well again. The path to healing is arduous and long. It can take a mental, emotional, and physical toll on our bodies. Mindful Healing Massage LLC is dedicated to all of those trying to heal but need a helping hand. It is dedicated to those that have a desire to feel their best. It is dedicated to all of those that have the desire to feel safe and respected during their journey. It is an ethical practice with strict boundaries that can change your life. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide your practitioner with no less than 24-hrs notice in the event of a cancellation or reschedule. Because my business is small, every failed appointment makes an impact on our bottom line. As such, if you fail to notify us of your cancellation, (if you no-call/no-show) you will be charged 100% of that service’s fee. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice for any reason other than personal illness, you will be charged 100% of your service’s fee. If you come into the studio with an illness or contagious condition, you will be asked to leave and charged 50% of your service fee. All massages, yoga services, and purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients that are late and show up 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment will be marked as a no call/no-show and charged 100% of their service fee. If you have a prepaid package or prepaid session scheduled and you no-call/no-show, a credit will be deducted from your prepaid appointment and you will forfeit that appointment. If your LMT needs to cancel or reschedule your pre-paid appointment, 30 days will be added to your expiration date so that clients have enough time to book and use their services. All clients must keep a credit card on file for this reason. No appointments will be made in the future without a valid form of payment on file. All payments are due at time of service. Deposits for mobile massage and chair massage are due prior to service. Deposits are non-refundable and any person or business that does not settle their invoice at time of service will be charged an additional late fee. You must also settle any outstanding invoices before you can book a new service at Mindful Healing. Please email, call, or text us directly in the event of a last minute emergency / cancellation to discuss rescheduling. Please make sure you are communicating in the event of an emergency so Mindful Healing can work with you.
