Catrina Braatz Weed is a licensed and experienced massage therapist of over 17 years and a certified yoga teacher since 2017. A graduate of Lakeside School of Massage Therapy and Wild Abundant Life LLC, she is the owner, operator, LMT, ADMT, and 200 hour CYT of Mindful Healing Massage LLC, located at N28W23000 Roundy Drive, Pewaukee, WI 53072 inside of Aloha Float & Wellness. Her list of massage modalities is long but her specialities include therapeutic massage, sports massage, deep tissue, and neuromuscular release. She also offers hot stone massage, Swedish massage, gua sha, foot reflexology, hemp based massage, and prenatal — among many others. With extreme dedication to bodywork, Catrina’s goal is to establish the mind-body connection with each client to achieve optimal health and to create a safe space for all. She is a huge advocate of self-care, holistic health used in conjunction with Western medicine, body positivity, positive self-talk, and finding that much needed balance in order to restore you back to feeling well again. The path to healing is arduous and long. It can take a mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical toll on our bodies. Mindful Healing Massage LLC is dedicated to all of those trying to heal but need a helping hand. It is dedicated to those that have a desire to feel their best. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide your practitioner with no less than 48-hrs notice in the event of a cancellation or reschedule. Since my business is small, every failed appointment makes an impact on the bottom line. As such, if you fail to notify the studio of your cancellation or no-show, you will be charged 75% of that service’s fee and banned from future booking until your invoice is settled. All waived fees for cancellations are at the discretion of your therapist. Your therapist may make an exception for personal illness only at their discretion. All clients must keep a credit card on file for this reason. Your credit card is not charged by booking an appointment unless a deposit is required. All clients are required to fill out their online GlossGenius questionnaires and sign waivers. These are sent to you via email or text message 72-hrs prior to your appointment. Please click on the link and fill it out. If appointments are not confirmed, and paperwork is not filled out, your appointment is subject to move. Annual paperwork is to be filled out once a year in-studio. If you come into the studio with an illness or contagious condition, you will be asked to leave and charged 75% of your service fee for the time booked. Illnesses are contraindicated for massage therapy and sick clients may not enter the studio. All massages, yoga services, and purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift card sales are final. Clients that are late and show up 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment will be marked as a no-call/no-show and charged 75% of their service fee. It is the client’s responsibility to both confirm their appointment via email or text AND to keep track of your appointments. All important information, such as addresses and phone numbers, and appointment times are provided to you in your confirmation emails and text messages. If you have a prepaid package or prepaid session scheduled and you no-call/no-show, a credit will be deducted from your prepaid appointment, and you will forfeit that appointment. If your LMT needs to cancel or reschedule your pre-paid appointment, 30 days will be added to your expiration date so that clients have enough time to book and use their services. All payments are due at time of service - on time. Deposits for consultations, mobile massage, and chair massage are due prior to service. Deposits are non-refundable and are used toward your service. You must also settle any outstanding invoices before you can book a new service at Mindful Healing. Please email, call, or text directly in the event of a last-minute emergency / cancellation to discuss rescheduling. Please make sure you communicate in the event of an emergency so Mindful Healing can work with you.
