Aches & Pains is a massage using a topical ointment mixed with cannabidiol to help ease muscle ache and tension. It also helps aid in reducing inflammation and deep tissue pain. Not available for prenatal massage services.
Deep tissue is a therapeutic massage designed to work past the superficial layers of tissue and get to the root of the problem. It is often done with firmer pressure and may include muscle stripping, trigger point work, and concentrated petrissage. *60-min DTM, will be localized work, not a full body massage.* If you’d like full body, please book a 75 min + session.
